Ingredients for making Easter Egg filled with Brigadeiro:

For the chocolate cone:

 250 grams of milk chocolate

 250 grams of white chocolate

For the milk chocolate brigadeiro:

 ½ can of condensed milk

 100 grams of chopped milk chocolate

 3 tablespoons of sour cream

 1 tablespoon of butter

For the white chocolate brigadeiro:

 ½ can of condensed milk

 100 grams of chopped white chocolate

 2 tablespoons of sour cream

 1 tablespoon of butter

How to make Easter Egg filled with Brigadeiro:

First chop the chocolates from the chocolate egg shell. In this recipe we use 250 grams of milk chocolate and 250 grams of white chocolate to make two-colored cones, but you can use only 500 grams of milk chocolate or only 500 grams of white chocolate.

Separate 1/3 of the milk chocolate and 1/3 of the white chocolate and put the rest melting in the microwave, on full power, for 30 seconds. Remove to stir and return to microwave for another 30 seconds. Repeat once or twice more until chocolate is completely melted.

Tip: It is important to stir the chocolate after each 30-second cycle to prevent it from burning.

Place the corresponding reserved chocolate in the melted chocolate and mix well, until these pieces are completely melted - this is a chocolate tempering technique that guarantees a brighter chocolate that does not melt easily.

With the help of a spoon, spread a thin layer of each chocolate in the egg cup and place in the refrigerator for 10 minutes, to set.

Repeat the chocolate layers one or two more times to get a harder crust. If you want, mixing milk chocolate and white chocolate in the cone you can prepare a mixed Easter egg! Set aside in refrigerator for 10 minutes between each layer.

When the chocolate shells are ready, prepare the brigadeiro filling. In a pan, place the condensed milk and the butter corresponding to the milk chocolate brigadeiro, place it on the fire and keep stirring for 5 minutes or until it peels off, as in the photo.

Add the chopped milk chocolate and the cream and stir until combined. Bring it back to the heat and keep stirring for 1 minute or until you get the point of soft brigadeiro. Turn off and prepare the white chocolate brigadeiro in the same way, also in soft brigadeiro point. Let the two brigadeiros cool down

Tip: White chocolate brigadeiro takes less cream because, after melting, white chocolate becomes softer than milk chocolate.

Carefully unmold the chocolate shells and place a portion of milk chocolate brigadeiro and a portion of white chocolate brigadeiro in them. Lightly mix the two brigadeiros with a spoon to achieve a blended effect.
