How to make Piedmontese Rice:
The first step of the Piamontesis rice recipe is to place a chopped onion, sauteing with 1 tablespoon of butter butter, over medium heat.
When it is tender, add the rice, fry for a few seconds and add the water. Cook covered until rice is cooked through.
Continue preparing Piamotese rice: in another pan, saute the other onion with the remaining butter from this recipe.
When the onion is golden, add the cream.
Dissolve the flour in the milk, chop the mushrooms and add both to the pan. Mix well and cook until creamy.
Finally add the rice, cheese and parsley, mix everything and adjust the salt. Serve the rice to Piamotese followed by, for example, filet with Madeira sauce. Enjoy your food!
