Ingredients for making chocolate peanuts:

 250 grams of raw peanuts

 1 cup of sugar (160 grams)

 1 cup of water (240 milliliters)

 4 tablespoons of powdered chocolate

How to Make Chocolate Peanuts:

Start by preparing this chocolate peanut recipe by placing all the ingredients in a pan. Place over medium heat and stir from time to time.

When a thick syrup forms, stir it over and over until it's dry and the sugar sticks to the peanuts (about 5 minutes).

When ready, turn off the heat and transfer the peanuts to an oven tray. Bake at 180ºC for 10-15 minutes, until dry and crunchy.

Remove the chocolate peanuts from the oven and let it cool slightly. Serve at Easter or in Festas Juninas, enjoy and let us know what you think!
